We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200 within the contiguous United States. Free shipping promotions cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at vaniressence@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Vanir Essence is not responsible for packages that are delayed or lost by the carrier, but we will assist in resolving the issue as best as we can.

Orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska may experience extended delivery times due to the distance and shipping methods required for these areas. Additional shipping fees may apply.
